With my daughter I had morning sickness until the day of being 4 months. After that, it was nothing but heartburn throughout the rest. With this one, it's heartburn all the time, and morning sickness from 1pm til I go to bed.
I had a pretty normal pregnancy with my daughter, this one, not so easy. I'm on bed rest and it sucks! My labor with my daughter was 29 hours. This one better be a lot less!!!!! I gotta admit, when I seen my daughter for the first time, I really knew what it meant to truly love someone with your whole heart and soul! What's weird is I always said I could never have another child because I didn't think I would have enough love to share between my daughter and another child. But now that I'm pregnant, I know that I've got plenty of love to go around and I can love them both just the same. |

My first pregnancy was such a breeze I could have stayed pregnant another 9 months!!! Came out beautiful. **** Ooooops, sorry, need to add details: 4 days of dysfunctional labor at the end there, felt like massive cramps, couldn't sleep except during Green Acres, had a craving for Long John Silver's chicken strips, SAID NO TO ANY ANESTHETICS.
The second one was fraught with problems, but so much of it was tied to the distress in my marriage. But, I gave it over to God and she is beautiful!!! ****Ooooops, sorry, need to add details: Couldn't eat at all, came out skinnier than when I went in to pregnancy, said I would need a C-Section, reminded God that wasn't part of the deal, so I had her within an hour per our agreement, did the spinal and regretted it. |

Excruciateing pain and seizures. Sick as a dog all the way through it. You don't want to know the graphic details. What I felt was absolute terror that it would be like prior pregnancies and all for nothing. 18 hours of full blown life threatening labor and hemorageing. Seeing my son made every second worth it. Absolute bliss.
My second child was an adoption that was very easy but the moment I laid eyes on him was the same blissful feeling. My third child was also an adoption of sorts. A POW from the Viet Nam era it was somewhat of a surprise that I was asked to be his parent while still greiving the death of my husband. He and now his wife are the light of my life like my other sons. Very shy and overwhelmed it was about nine months that I knew him well enough to know he wanted me to be his Mom but it was always a joy. |

My pregnancy was good, except the fact that I had very low iron the whole time and even took iron pills my doctor gave me. So I was always very tired and felt like I was going to pass out.
From the start of labor and delivery, about 8 hours. Pushed about 30 minutes. It was a breeze. I was scared when I saw my son, and also so curious as to who the little guy was kicking my ribs for so long. It was a touching moment. |

I had a great pregnancy with my son. I never had morning sickness. I always craved healthy foods, such as broccoli, carrots and water lol. My check-ups were normal and he grew at the most decent rate.
On my due date I went into the hospital with contractions that I could feel but did not cause severe pain. Mainly, discomfort. I progressively labored through the night and in the morning pushed 5 times. I never saw something so radically beautiful in my entire life! 5 fingers and 5 toes and cried out to the new world with the freshest lungs I ever heard. Five years later...he thinks he is smarter than me..lol. |

My pregnancy with my son was so perfect. I was only sick for the first few weeks and from then on it went so smooth. I never ate better or slept better in my entire life. I had two cravings the whole time - soft pretzels and plain vanilla ice cream. My son was a week early, 13 1/2 hours labor, but that was when all the troubles started. He was suctioned out cause the doc was a moron, gave him a skull fracture and wound up being transferred to a local children's hospital. Then all his testing started, MRI's, EEG's, CT Scans, ultrasounds. Ugh, it was draining. But that was 9 years ago and was told he'd never live past his first birthday. He has special needs, but is my angel, I can't picture my life without him.
