I missed out on Dan this yr....but by next Christmas we will be living together, so i will look forward to that! Did i mention he got out of hospital today?!

Ive been updating in his flu thread....he has been very ill in hospital with Glandular fever, he was in a week and just got out today!

that's what i was thinking too 
i'm just waiting for robin to wake up and drive me to the airport. it's bone-chilling cold here and i've been shivering most nights, even with three heaters in the rooms and about 6 or 7 blankets. what a canadian wimp huh?

it's funny, cause temperature-wise, it's not as bad as where i come from either. it's been hovering around freezing in the nights but, for some reason, i feel more chilled here than i do at home. |

You're most likely to go home to a sh!tload of snow to shovel. It's been snowing practically every friggin' day since before Christmas Eve.

i don't know about the last few days, but there was a warm snap in the toronto area christmas eve that was expected to continue for a few days. highs of about mid-40's which will have made it fall like rain.
besides, i don't mind shovelling snow at all. it beats the hell out of stepping on all these sticker plants! |

not only do i wear shoes, and scrape them at the door, i vacuum the carpet quite regularly. believe me, if there's a sticker that managed to make its way into his house, i will step on it. without fail. |
