I used to have movie nights with my kids when they were teens.
My oldest daughter, now 32 told me one movie night had a permanent affect on the way she viewed love. It was a double header. First Romeo & Juliet Directed by Franco Zeffirelli 1968. Followed by Sid & Nancy Directed by Alex Cox 1986. I would highly recommend both movies if you haven't seen them. |

Another one I thought of recently: Anne of Green Gables. Story of a girl who is adopted by a brother and sister, living on a farm in Prince Edward Island, both getting on in years. They intended to adopt a boy, and got a girl instead. That's when the love comes in. |
