Most of my neighbors have been cool. The creepy man upstairs called the cops on me one evening, though, for closing my front door too loudly. The cops were nice though and laughed about it.

My neighbor down the road..Would not control or care for his dog...we live out in the country..so letting them run lose is generally ok..Unless they become a pain..Well Peaches DID big time..she started out down here hot & hungry..so I gave her water..Since it was the middle of July..When he got home..He came to claim her..well within a week she would not leave,she was her or my other neighbors house digging up plants,tearing up trash bags..dtagging stuff..Well 1 day my daughter & I went for a walk she folled me & her..But would not follow us home..I went to tell them at least where I lost track of her..He YELLd at me for not bringing her home to him b4 our walk..I said look mister Shes not my dog or my responability...He got even madder at me & told me & my other neighbor that she was the neighborhood dog..We said we dont want her..No dont get me wrong I love animals..And she could have been a great dog if her owners would have cared ..WE had to call animal control 3 times b4 they just left her there..Her they don't put them down..Unless they are a danger ..So after the third time the county said they where not even going to call The owners anymore...Just hope to adopt her out...

A freaky group of neighbors moved in next door, three guys & one woman, a few years back. The woman was married to one of the guys who used an electric wheelchair (the guys were brothers). After a short while the guy in the wheelchair, he could walk though, was riding around with a puppy on his lap letting the kids come over and pet the dog.

That puppy grew up, he got another one.....and so on until they had five dogs. Then one day one of the boys who did yardwork for me, came over quite upset. He and a friend mowed the lawn and went to get paid for it, and were asked to come inside and watch the PLAYBOY channel with the family!! These boys were 11 and 12 at the time, one left and one stayed......the one who stayed got gifts for the next two months until he set the woods acrossed the street from my house on fire.

He was being abused by the family and because he never came out and admitted it until after the guy died, nothing was done to the family.

I lived in a house with a shared driveway for awhile, and one of the people that rented the other house would constantly block the driveway. The worst occasion was a day when I needed to get to school for an exam, and my car was blocked in while the neighbors were passed out in their house. After spending ten minutes banging on their door, I gave up, went inside and called the police. I was told that the police do not deal with shared driveway problems So I went back to their house, pounded on their door for another ten minutes, and they finally moved their car. Fortunately I was only a couple minutes late for class.

hah living with my mom right after she bought her new house when i was in high school. the neighbors were your typical upper middle class well off white family with kids and a mini van.

at least thats what we thought until the drug bust came down one night and there was freakin dea and fbi all over our back yard and front lawn.

scared the hell outta me and my mom.

and then there was the one time the creepy hick guy from down the road would walk by in the middle of the night.. .just staring.

My neighbor's big mean dog murdered my lil chihuahua...in MY yard...& then gave me crap about paying for his cremation.

The owner had just come into some money, but the only reason I didn't sue her was cuz it came from her mother's recent death. I just don't believe in two wrongs making a right...but I did call Animal Control every time her dog got loose.
