Well Kewel! Come to think of it I have my two friends, and my sister and her daughter. We used to have meetings but have not gotten together for a few months. They call me the "head witch" but I think they are just poking fun at me.

I think I decided we were not wiccans and the term witch... well that's a matter of perception I guess. The local churches think I am just because I do tarot card readings. But they are really out of touch with everything except their own church group. |

Spiritual Tarot Card Reading.
Wednesday February 18th 2009 Today I intended to draw one card but two came out and I could see that they were both meant to be read. When this happens in a one card reading, I do what I call "melting" the meaning. I take both cards and put them together to get a single meaning. Today's cards draw are STRENGTH and THE DEVIL. -----
THE MEANING; This meaning with these two cards is all about self ruler-ship. It is about self-dominion and implicit trust in your own abilities. Strength implies a balance between the spiritual and material, and harmony between opposing forces. Instead of fighting the beast, you tame it inside yourself. These cards are opposites in that the Devil is about temptation, burdens, restrictions, doubt, fear and misdirection; but the Strength card is the answer to these problems. Being a slave to your desires overpower innate good judgment. Strength is clear headed and focused on the goal and the confidence to achieve it. This is very strong message because the two cards are about the power of the WILL and the power of self confidence and awareness in the face of temptations and distractions. It is telling us that we can overcome our weaknesses with that which is our inner power. "Your transformation begins the moment you affirm your intention to cast out negative energies and replace them with positive thoughts and actions." Inner strength is what is needed to overcome the influence of the devil and all that card stands for, and it is all about right choosing and right thinking that creates rather than destroys spiritual and material progress. These two cards put the power in your lap. It begins with your intentions. I hope I expressed the meaning of this message good enough. I still feel that its message is trying to be LOUD. The feeling I get is that it is an urgent message. The energy of this reading sort of blows me out of the saddle, and I'm not sure if I am expressing it strongly enough. It is a message written in bold, with an exclamation point after it, being two major arcana cards. I don't know who it is for, maybe for a lot of us. I know it applies to me in a big way. |

lol JB....you just did one for me. I'm Christian and have friends that are wiccan (their term) I don't label anyone. I prefer to use their terms out of respect.
the Bible is full of prophets, soothsayers etc...who's said they just died off? it's all in what you believe i guess |
