I think it's like any open sore. You need to let it get air, keep it clean and as dry as possible, and let nature's healing take its' course.

I've discovered a "shamanistic" way of healing broken hearts. I've slightly modified the Huna tradition of something called Ho'oponopono. It's very powerful! OG
