A Mother had 3 virgin daughters. They were all getting married within a
short time period. Because Mom was a bit worried about how their sex
life would get started, she made them all promise to send a postcard
from the honeymoon with a few words on how marital sex felt.

The first girl sent a card from Hawaii two days after the wedding. The
card said nothing but "Nescafe." Mom was puzzled at first, but then went
to the kitchen and got out the Nescafe jar. It said: "Good til the last
drop." Mom blushed, but was pleased for her daughter.

The second girl sent the card from Vermont a week after the wedding, and
the card read: "Benson&Hedges." Mom now knew to go straight to her

Long King Size," She was again slightly embarrassed but still happy for
her daughter.

The third girl left for her honeymoon in the Caribbean. Mom waited for a
week, nothing. Another week went by and still nothing. Then after a
whole month, a card finally arrived. Written on it with shaky hand
writing were
the words "British Airways," Mom took out her latest Harper's Bazaar
magazine, flipped through the pages fearing the worst, and finally found
the ad for BA. The ad said: "Three times a day, seven days a week, both
ways."

Mom fainted!

We left CS in the first place after facing the drama, the lies, the
conspiracy theories and everything that happened in the last few weeks.
I was very sad to see the first group go, and I was never aware of the
real reasons, and I refused to indulge in gossip, and since I was not
able to find out the truth, I let it go, because lies always find their
way to the surface eventually.

The suspicion that there is a mole in the heart of JSH was one I had
after a mere 2 hours of joining the site, and it was a theory shared by
some former CS members.

I just had the hunch that Big G's proposed and publicized plan to go in
and start a raid, was going to meet many obstacles but I didn't expect
him to get a letter from the "CS Staff"... I did put up another profile
that was shot down without further ado.

I also feel that the causes for the previous riffs should be left
behind, and we should not give any more power to a person than what is
earned by him/herself. Please let go of the anger and the suspicion that
caused so much animosity amongst us.

We are here to make a clean start, and we should start clean. With this
I do not mean that we shouldn't be careful and take things with a grain
of salt... After all, we played very close to the fire and our
fingertips got singed.

I consider myself to have been a honorable member of Connecting Singles.
I never had a problem. Sure, I debated and crossed heated arguments with
some, actually only 2 members. Never insulting, never calling names,
only calling their bluffs. I never got a warning letter at all... My sin
was to join this site and then tell 3 friends through on site mail about
JSH. They took invasion of privacy to a whole new level.

If they want to waste their time monitoring us, I say let them. Fine.
But I will not stoop myself so low as to call them names or trying to
find their mole. The mole will have to surface for air one of these
days.

CS was my first on line dating experience. And I don't regret the time
I spend there one bit. I met wonderful friends, and learned many things.
But I am moving on and leaving CS behind, to revel in their own
nastiness. I don't want any part of it.

I have found a new home, a new playground, new friends ant new
opportunities. I am glad the people I learned from are here. I am happy
the friends I have grown so fond of are here. I am happy that around
every corner there is a new face and a new heart waiting for me.

moles at JSH this thread will be bumped and cover up things that
actually pertain to Current News and Events.

Maybe it should be moved to the bug area or help threads, where it may
or not be pertainent there either.

The thing is, generating online dating relationships is scary enough
without having to worry about all that other b.s. going on. If ANY
site's admin does anything whatsoever to create or encourage paranoia
and discord amongst its own members, it's only biting off its own nose
to spite its own face.

I have been on many dating sites for over seven years and have made
friends on each one of them. But I had never found one I felt really
comfortable with.

In the short time I've been here, I've found JSH to definitely be a "cut
above the rest" and that is primarily because the site owners have an
active presence here.

This is the only site I've been to that seems to actually CARE about its
reputation in the online community, and that is evidenced by their
willingness to get involved and to publically address its members'
concerns.

I, for one, will do everything I can to promote this site and I hope
others here will follow suit.

I just want to remind all of us why we are here

to keep mentioning the other site, and the staff here has been most
accomodating and patient with us.

I will keep welcoming the new members, wherever they come from, but this
is my last mention of the unmentionable. There not worth my time.

I agree, CS might have a mole over here, who cares. Mike and Van will
take care of them in the RIGHT manner if need be. I will have to say
that JSH is very tolerant to a lot of things. I say forget CS and make
this your home as many of you have. Mike and Van wants this place to
grow, so we thank CS for running you all off and you comming to JSH!!!
