I like to mess around in the kitchen. Sometimes the stuff I make winds up not being very good cuz I am always changing the way I make it...but I generally get no complaints either. :-)

Nothing worse than trying to cut into a piece of shoe leather. Much better idea would be to go with Medium Well. That way, there's no pink, but it's not all dried out. :-)
