I once had this unique vehicle and feel proud. Anyone else ever heard of the reliant model?

Yup. One of the biggest disappointments of the Chrysler Corporation, despite being largely responsible for helping them recover from bancruptcy.

The intent of the car was good, but it was only for the briefest of moments. The Plymouth Reliant and the Dodge Aries had a history of falling apart or needing virtual constant maintenance.

I once had a 73 Buick Vista Cruiser station wagon. It would hold 10 people comfortably
one day while I was at work (DJ at a radio station) my friends, the Art Majors, called and asked if they could paint it. I said sure. They made it a desert camoflage with little punk rockers all over it Then we took a grinder and chopped off the roof to make it a convertible I loved that car |

I had a 1984 Dodge Rampage pickup. It was a great little truck with a 2.2L motor. It was a kick-ass motor in that little truck. 130+ mph.. VROOM.
