I read in a magazine that sleeping nude is actually good(health) for women. Something to do with air flow and moisture in the lower regions. |

Ok, I'm boring. I sleep in flannel pajama bottoms and a t-shirt.
That might be different with more than myself in the bed every night. But it gets drafty all alone..

A tank top and undies when Im at home unless I have a partner on the other side of the bed then....... well lets just say that there is something to be said for easy access.
