Mike called me and told me that he got beaten up the other night by some thugs when he got home from work.  
He got out of the hospital about 6 hours ago, but has a broken rib and general bruises and such from the beating. He sounded terrible and in pain. This has been very frustrating for him. Over the weekend, he came to the defense of a lady who was about to be injured by a neighbor, so I suspect he's behind this recent act against our dear friend, Mike. Please say a prayer for a healthy and quick recovery for him. He already recently suffered the loss of a cousin who was murdered a couple of weeks ago, and now this garbage!!!

I just called to check on Mike and he's doing a bit better today, has a doctor's appointment, has to stop at work for a little while. He may or may not get on here today, but I know he is so grateful for everyone's concern, good wishes and prayers. And, I sent him the link so he can see how much he is loved and cared about!!!
I, too, thank you all for your heartfelt love for Mike.
