Topic: Needing to Learn Mandarin.......

Looking at the possibility of moving to China. I figured I should start trying to learn the language.... Today is day one for Mandarin Chinese for me.... Any basic useful phrases you can throw my way? Any help would be apprecieated. Xie'xie ni!

No, but I'd like to learn another language. I was doing really well with Spanish for a year in college. Maybe I should go back to that. Sorry, that's not what you asked.

Rosetta Stone Language Program is very good, give it a try!

Thanks Tess.....the Crash Course in Chinese cd(s) is kind of helping but it is giving me a head ache!

aren't those oranges in the can at the grocery store I believe they're a little sweeter.......... And Oh yeah, if you do go with Rosetta Stone, let us know how that works for ya, please. Cause I've been wondering about their program too.
