Stop filling prisons with pot smokers and maybe you can use that money for better things.Can someone explain to me why the lottery suposedly helps pay for education but every year there is no money ? The lottery money not going to education is a complaint in my state!! It's the shell game like at a carnival.  I beleive the funds are there for manys things that are important to us. We just have to hold those accountable who over see it..
