You had been talking to someone online where there were no pictures posted and you started to really fall for this person, but then you found out that it was your boss!? What would you do?

And I know that some of your bosses are the same sex...but hypothetically...and no cheating by saying you wouldn't talk to someone without seeing a pic...I'm curious to know what all people would do! Have fun with it! LOL

that would be interesting to say the least. however, i avoid those with no pics.

print and keep copy of chat transcript...then when you want a raise...threaten to send a copy to his wife. Ain't blackmail grand.

Just posting a picture doesn't mean you are talking to the person in the picture. I have run into people who use very old photo's of themselves, their kid's pictures, or siblings, or total strangers, even public figures. Very strange in deed. I just figure the ones who don't post a photo are trying to catch their wife or girlfriend doing what they have been doing all along.

If I found out I was talking to a boss or even someone I know I think I would just drop them like a hot potatoe. I would know they were playing games with me and that would not be cool at all. I also think I would start looking for another job. You know someone who acts like that is a bad employer.

i avoid people without pics.

Hell...id hit them guts, lol. And hope that it would give more than just the raise in my pants.

This is true and I have often used this argument with people myself. That is why I use the cartoony pics or nature pics...It's not really me, but it represents aspects of myself, like my playfulness and sense of humor...etc..

why exactly do people avoid those without pics?
is there some assumption that someone's character is less worthy to get to know because you don't know what they look like? i don't get it. That seems so shallow to me.

Well I will talk to those that don't have a pic no biggie but fall for them no way heck even the ones with a pic I would not fall for them over written words alone. shshhshsshs But friends it could be and well if it ended up my boss I would have a good laugh and tell him he owes me lunch.

Yea I know but I talked back and forth with a guy who pretended to be a real estate developer and philantropist in New York for quite a while before he tripped himself up. Turned out he was basiclly the guys security guard.
