If I'm running a brothel, you may all call me "Madam". Otherwise, please don't! Well, are you? I take credit cards too, but not "IOU's" or Buy one get one free coupons! Is it like a lobster place where we get to pick the one we want from out of a tank? |

No, you actually get to pick curtain #1, 2, 3, etc..what's behind the curtain is what you PAY for. You know, on "Let's Make A Deal," sometimes it turned out to be a mule. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.... |

sometimes i think that people in this day and age or too quick to annoyance tho...
in an era of getting things exactly how u want, exactly when u want and in some cases in the comfort of your own home where you dont have to interact with people as much during the course of the day, society's collective tolerance level for minor things and quirks people have, that really are harmless, go down. Society becomes either people who are perpetually anal and people who are constantly trying to check what they say or do so as not to offend. |

I never even thought about it. Sometimes it just comes out. And I really don't pay attention when it's used unless it's said offensively.

I'm really not comfortable with being called "Sir." After I'm knighted by the Queen, fine, but not until then. WAzZZZZUP Doooood! |

dear,,, darlin,, things i have always said, and things that i have always been called. being raised in the country i guess its considered backwards and old timey to be kind and respectful and nice to people. "Respectful" is to call someone you dont know Sir or Ms, or Mam....hon, darling, sugar, etc...if not addressed to a child, are merely condecsending put downs. those are also things i was taught,, when addressing either an elder or someone i dont know. i use the names i mentioned before for people i know and people i like. |

If it's someone I know, I don't mind it. |
