...so what's new right? seems everyone wants to do something else. Does'nt anyone just date anymore?? you know walk, and talk some, get to know each other. Guess it is old fashioned--but, that's what i enjoy.

I consider a date as just being with someone and having a nice conversation. It does not matter where it is or what we're doing.

the younger generation (me) doesn't refer to such things as a "date"
we call it "hanging out" i don't ever recall even asking someone out on a date by actually saying "hey, wanna go on a date with me?" its always been "hey, wanna hang out later?" and instead of saying "oh, we're dating" I've always heard, "we're going out" or something of the sort. whats the relevance to the thread? no idea. just wanted to say something =[ |
