Here in California we have something called Prop 8. A few months ago a lawsuit was in front of some judges and they decided that the Constitution of California says it is illegal to discriminate and has no provision against gay marriage. Therefor gay marriage is legal.

The response to that judgment is Prop 8. Prop 8 will change the Constitution of California to make gay marriage against the law.

I personally cant see why gay couples should have the luxury to avoid the financial curse that is marriage. If thats what they want let them have it.

yes im sure. there is no case that i know of where one species has sexual congress with a different species. however there are many cases of same sex sexual play within the species. so homosexuality, although an anomaly is completely natural. bestiality is unnatural.

Gays and Lesbians are Citizens, therefore, when you deny them the same rights and civil priveleges, for no reason other than Religious ones, you are violating their Constitutional and Civil rights and could and should be prosecuted for it.
