why all the talk about race all of a sudden... arent we all people? Lets learn to be a little more tolerant of everyone (even dumb people) shall we? Inner peace and serenity and Zen is what i say.... and smirnoff vodka Kettle One for me...

I have a good friend Quincey from Bermuda and he didn't experience any significant issues concerning race until he came to the United States. Indeed lol. Where i live i've never experienced racism...ever...until i came to mingle lol someone accused me of being probably an "american welfare black". Considering my background thus far the absurdity of it was such that you just had to laugh it off...

Quincey is a very fine man, it was sickening to see him introduced to such. People like Quincey encourage me to look beyond the U.S. and strive to be a better person.

Has anyone seen the DNA project that has traced female DNA to I think, for Europeans it is seven original mothers? I've always been interested in having my DNA examined. Apparently mitochondrial DNA can be traced back to one of the seven Stone Age women who are the ancestors in the all-female line of 95% of all white Europeans. I imagine there is something similar for African and Asian people. The MRCA (Most Recent Common Ancestor) for all humans lived between 1 and 4 thousand years ago. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15457259?dopt=Abstract very interesting read, just read the abstract, not the complete report...but sounds credible and convincing..especially when they mention the Monte Carlo Simulation..I've performed several of those simulations for statistics..modeling..anova..very effective tool.. roco
