Sleep, darkness and QUIET!! Very important....some people also think caffeine helps.

take a super hot shower and let the water just beat on your head or rub behind your ears, i think there are pressure point and helps to relieve the pain. also try drinking a can of coke, something in it is suposed to get rid of migranes. hope you get rid of it!

lol thanks guy the quite is out my 2 month old is cutting teeth so he wakes up often crying, but other than that yayayyayaaaaa

apply as much pressure as u can to your temples and upper bridge of your nose-and low lights or dark helps....Rub your temples-or have someone do it for u!
