did you read my first post in this thread fran that is how i feel about most issues you do not like their practices do not do business with them and if you do business with them quit selling out or quit b*tching about them oh sunshine, I got your message - just wanted to expand on it. My question would be instead of complaining about others why not do something about yourself. But I would need more coffee to wake up incase there's a reply 
well it comes down to a positive attitude vs negative attitude do i like pushing one no they could have a number for each language but then woould that raise the cost of product or service or would raise business flow thus lowering the price of business so i will do as is needed at least it is 1 for english not 1 spanish 2 geman 3 chinese 4 russian 5 english YET 
In my city, add Bosnian to that list. |

Look i aint racist i just love my country. When the immagrants came in in the '20's and 30's and before the took classes to learn our language so they could be productive members of society. I want a Ranch and if i find out that someone is not here leagally then they are gone back to where ever they came from. What are your thoughts? This is a racist issue. No offense but who cares if other languages are offered on the phone service, what if the company does business with other nations. Come on people this one is old and tired, really. |

I hate the whole damn automation system. I'm tired of pressing 1, or 2, or 3, over and over again. I just want to talk to someone and fix the problem! Oh and if i do end up talking to someone, its normally a guy from India who is named "bob", and i can never understand him because of his thick accent, and he normally can't help me because he is just telling me basic trouble-shooting, WHICH I ALREADY ATTEMPTED!

I am German and spent a good half of my life learning English in Europe. I was excited to move to the states to see what the big fuss is all about! Little did I realize that my English is off no use here unless I chat on Mingle.
Very few speak English in Miami.
so here I am taking classes for Spanish, which isn't that hard to learn! |
