Thats fine. You will notice she quoted me. See? This used to happen to me, too. It still does sometimes. Your opinion was voiced. That is all that matters. These threads are killers.... Its a touchy subject. Its bound to get peoples hackles up. Generally views are totally polarized one way or another and the two shall never meet. Thats just the way it is. The other topics that result in ill feelings by the end are : Religion Capital Punishment Been in those also. Sigh.

Concerning the issue at hand I know can be a very touchy subject for many. We all have our opinion when it comes to Abortion. Some will say it is wrong some will say at times it is necessary. This is a subject that can be argued online in the courts till hell freezes over. Regardless whether some feel it is right or wrong when it comes down to it a woman if she feels the need will find a way to accomplish what she seeks out to do. Therefore the rights were given to a woman to make this choice in order to keep them from being butchered when seeking an abortion. Many women died receiving Abortions that were incorrectly done.
Therefore women were given the rights to seek Abortions. The only one that in the end that has to live with the decision they have made is the woman. For anyone to believe that once it is done it is out of mind is living under false pretense. The act will stay with that woman for the rest of her life. I have known some that had to make that choice and 10, 20 even 30 years down the road they never forgot it. And Abortion does affect more then just the woman at times. But when this issue comes up for debate and it turns in to nothing but arguing the message gets lost within the content. With that said I believe that at this time the message has gotten lost within. So before it comes down to someone saying something that should not be said and causes trouble, I feel that it is time for all to back away from this issue for now. So at this time I have made the choice to lock this thread. Thank You Site Mod Kristi |
