I'm sorry but I don't think of McCain as a war hero. He was never awarded the Medal of Honor. He was shot down.

Evil Clinton? When he was in office, our debt was hundreds of billions of dollars lower than it is now with Bush. I, also, know that we had more money in our pocket. Gas was around $1.15 a gallon too. What do you pay now under Bush? The dollar was worth a heck of a lot more then.

this has nothing to do with race...if Colon Powell would have run I would have voted for him no matter who was running against him...I can not understand how people turn this into race...the man is muslim...and when backed against a wall he will stand with his religion...not the American people which you and I are black white pink or blue...

Two simple words:

Who cares?

Christianity is worse than the Muslim religion. Christians find it too easy to criticize everyone else's beliefs. Get a life. I'm sure that's what Jesus would do.

Did you know that Colin Powell gave a speech to the UN telling them he had proof that Saddam had WMD's from defectors who worked on the project.

It is true that 2 high level chemical engineers defected from Iraq and talked with Colin Powell but they claim they had no knowledge that Saddam had any research or labs to make WMD's and Colin Powell did not want to hear that.

Well no WMD's have been found. I could not endorce him but then again we know the Bush admin. had a mass exodus when he started his 2nd term. Maybe they could not handle thier conscience anymore.

Ok, no offense, but there are some SERIOUS problems with logic on this assumption. For starters it's an assumption. They call this an ad hominem. There is such a thing as blowback. Clinton never balanced a thing. He added to the debt. Almost as much as "Bush" did. And BTW you think congress may have some political responsibilities too? Good god. I dont like Bush, but phrases like that are just littered with ignorance, and it's so easy to fall victim to illogical thought... Stop thinking about people and character. Look at policies, acts bills, etc, who passed them and who wrote them. The president doesn't "run" the country. Congress has the power to stop him in his tracks at any point of time. Clinton had many evils too. Look at NAFTA and the terrorist act after the Oklahoma City bombings. Clinton arguably pushed harder than Bush to move our local jobs overseas. He also involved us with many more conflicts (wars) than Bush did. You just didnt hear about them because MOST of the media is geared towards lib/dem parties. And BTW yes, Clinton's death toll was still about 1,200 less than Bush's, i will give you that.

During the Clinton years, I didn't know anybody that was having a rough time financially. I do now. During the Clinton years, we did have more money in our pockets.

Ad Hominem Fallacy - The belief that if A happened after B, than A caused B.

This came from a very basic college course.

Logically you have to ask, what did Clinton do to cause this? Get what i am saying?

Assumptions = illogical unless they can be supported somehow.

All i am trying to do here is get people to THINK. It seems without any support from actual information (cause and affect) we are exercising what is also called a "Selffulfilling Prophecy".

NAFTA, tax cuts to businesses that sent jobs overseas, terrorist act (which he should have been impeached for), and the increased involvment of foreign conflicts and government spending. All = Bush. It can take YEARS before a policy can actually have an impact on the economy.

Conflicts under Clinton

Somalia
Haiti
Iraq (Desert Fox)
Iraq (Ongoing bombing)
Afghanistan
Sudan
Yugoslavia

Death toll for u.s. military 7500

Although Bush has a higher one... 8792

Got nothing good to say about him either...

Aggressive Foreign policy. If you have policies that back up what you are saying, tust me, i want to know...flowerforyou
