Topic: American Home Owners soon to be Evicted, By Chinese Police.. | |
---|---|
“Section 101 (a)(1) establishes what is termed the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) to which substantial portions of what the American people currently owe to their banks and financial institutions is to be turned over the US Government for redistribution to foreign banks.
Section 101(c)(3) Designates for the first time in American history these foreign banks as financial agents of Federal Government with full law enforcement authority over the citizens in the US. Section 3 (b) allows the US Secretary of the Treasury to put any kind of debt, including credit card, home loans, personal loans, automobile loans, etc., into the TARP programme. Section 112 allows the US Secretary of the Treasury to astoundingly extend financing to foreign banks to purchase the debt of the American people. Section 112 (1)(a) allows the US Government to hold stocks in companies for the first time in their history and which completely destroys the capitalist economy of their Nation. Section 119 (2)(a) gives the US Secretary of the Treasury dictatorial powers not reviewable by courts making this position the most powerful one in America. Section 122 increases the US public debt to the incredible amount of $11,315,000,000,000 (Trillion) |

And just a final note. A little off topic but, in the same bill;
"Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008” and “TITLE II-SPECIAL PROJECTS ON FEDERAL LAND Section 201”. The new mental health provisions contained in these new laws allows the United States to label dissident citizens as being ‘mentally ill’, and the ‘Special Projects’ section allows for the reimbursement to US cities and counties for the building of concentration camps for these mentally ill dissidents. The fear of the United States Government against their dissidents is becoming more evident as many of them are beginning to sound the alarm of events to come. |

Not to be a (b)itch here but if you are going to cite legislation it would be be helpful to all of us if you would make the info researchable (not a word but...) Maybe like this? National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 § 102, 42 U.S.C. § 4332 (1994). Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Pub. L. No. 101-336, §2, 104 Stat. 328 (1991). The § thing is annoying to do on this forum and I confess to copy & pasting it in my example. "sec." would do? I am babbling...oh well... |

When you see Chinese police, as the op stated, evicting Americans then holler and I'll come fight. Until then its just chicken little crying that the sky is falling. It aint going to happen! Not today, tomorrow, or any day in the future. If, the local police want to evict someone on behalf of the property owner, and do so according to our laws, then well, that's the law... They are perfectly within their rights no matter what the Nationality of the property owner. |

Now, Obama owns the Patriot Act.
Fanta, if you interfered with the Lawful action of the property owner, the Chinese, especially with prejudice, you would 1, be alone, 2, at least arrested if not gunned down, 3 you would become like a lot of us who can see the BS, a dissident. Forgot to mention. If you left work to do that, Obama wouldn't save your job for you. |

The contract now belongs to Obama. Don't hear a word about him backing out on the deal made with China and European interests. |

Fanta...I would like to say this is the United States of America...it won't happen... Read the legislation and tell me it is beyond the pale? Is it unthinkable to citizens who respect the Constitution? Sure... But then again so were things like warrant less search and seizure, the Patriot Act, deploying federal troops on US soil, warrant less wiretaps, the indefinite imprisonment of persons without charge, a seemingly endless list of government activities that we are told are being done in the name of a war on "terror" against an enemy that has no borders or face that can never be clearly defined or clearly won or lost that allow the government to suspend indefinitely the rule of law all in the name of keeping us safe? Unthinkable? Unconstitutional? Well yeah but that hasn't stopped them yet. No. Only stupid. Get it? Your Chinese must be stupid to accept a deal like this. It is, was and probably will be forever considered an unforgivable mistake, to underestimate one's enemy. Chinese, in your case. I can not believe we are having a conversation on this insanely ridiculous topic. Why would they lend money in the first place, to recover it in the midst of a foreign country? The only thing they need to have our own authorities recover and return whatever is necessary is to voice a credible threat to stop future lending. |
