Her front paws are declawed but I left her back ones in case she ever gets out of the house and has to defend herself.

Relationships are just too damn scary. I know you know what I'm talking about. You're telling me!!!  Not to mention they turn your brain inside out with all the damn emotions, fears and mixed feelings. There's just got to be an easier way to make the transition from "just friends" to "we are now in a relationship". So when someone figures it out, please let me know!
