ok so tell me why men play such silly games sometimes? Ummm.... Well.... Because it's only fair I suppose. Women do it too....lol In all honesty, I have no idea why people do the things they do. It seems to me that the longer I have been observing things, the stranger people get. : shrugs : |

You are using the wrong word, hon. It's " Waiting with bated breath ". Bated - breathing only slightly, due to anxiety, excitement etc So no. It doesn't have anything to do with fishing....lol |

Oh guru of the internet, what line of work should I be employed. Whichever line of work would make you happy. It always amazes me that people have so many problems realizing that. |

why do guys cheat? Hmmmm..... Mainly because of the " Grass is greener " syndrome. Most men seem to have this misguided idea that, even if they have something special happening with someone, there is someone who could be just that much better. There are other reasons as well. Ego, stupidity other such things, but I think ( just my own opinion ) that it comes down to them thinking that the grass would be greener over there>> . |

Not sure what you mean since I haven't HAD a midlife crisis yet...lol How about leaving a well paying job in which you are respected to follow an old dream that pays less and could potentially drive you crazy at times...TEACHING (high school age kids, omg...am I totally nuts???) I think I already know the answer though... jump and grow your wings on the way down! Other advice? |

How about leaving a well paying job in which you are respected to follow an old dream that pays less and could potentially drive you crazy at times...TEACHING (high school age kids, omg...am I totally nuts???) I think I already know the answer though... jump and grow your wings on the way down! Other advice? Well..here's the deal. I would NEVER be the one to advise someone else to drop a job that is well paying for something that isn't so well paying. But I have two questions. Are you as passionate about the job you are in as you would be about teaching? Can you keep your current lifestyle on a lower salary?? Those are the two main considerations that I would take into account before I would make a leap like that. On the advice side of things.... If you have a passion for teaching, it's really not going to matter how old the kids are. They are going to see how much you enjoy it, and a lot of them will surprise you. When I was in school, I only had a couple of teachers that could keep my attention. One was my Biology teacher in high school. He always made things interesting. It didn't matter how difficult the information he was teaching us was, it always seemed easy for me because he had a knack for delivering the information in a way that was interesting. What I am basically saying is that he had a real PASSION for the job. I could see that, and he made the subject something that I could have some passion about as well. If you have that passion, and you really WANT to do it, and you can make it on the salary, then there is no real reason why you shouldn't do it. Other than the fear of the unknown. |

They all make me happy. Then you are one of the few people in this world who can be happy doing whatever it is you are doing at the time. I don't know what your choices are for a line of work in your area, so I'll just say..... Enjoy what you are doing. :-) |
