That was nice...but cats are yucky

They're actually pretty clean animals, and take care of alot of pests for you.

They may be clean animals but I dont like cat litter boxes. No matter how hard you work at it they still stink

I've always liked dogs but this little one is so sweet... it was covered in mud. I almost cried, I know, I'm a baby. Don't know what to name it.

I found a tiny kitten at a gas station tonight. It was crying. I felt bad so I took it home, fed and bathed it. It is the cutest little thing... and now I'm thinking that I'm not going to take it to the animal shelter tomorrow and instead and keep the little thing. I have never been a cat person, so I don't really know what I should do. Warm milk? Does it need shots?? I know there has to be some cat people that can give me some advice.

The first thing you'll wanna do is take it to a vet to check it for stuff like FIV and Feline Leukemia (both of which are fatal as well as communicable among cats). You might wanna have the vet check it for other potential problems as well, like ringworm, flea infestation, and distemper.

You'll also wanna invest in a kitten feeding kit, which can be found at any relatively-known pet store, like Petco and others. The kits will have a feeding bottle, kitten formula, and other accessories. You'll eventually wanna invest in some kitten-formulated cat food and a food bowl when it gets old enough to start eating solids... if it isn't already doing so, that is.

A kitty litter pan and kitty litter might also need to be purchased as well, so you can get the little bugger house-broken. After all, you don't want it poopin' all over your house.

That damn cat put a bring scratch mark across my forehead while I was sleeping last night... and peed on me. But I still love her. Strange

Most cats will not pee where they sleep, if they do, it's often a sign of illness. If you haven't already, take it to the vet to have it checked out. You'll also need to find the approximate age of the kitten, how old it is will determine how you feed it. Generally speaking, a cat will use a litter box after the first or 2nd time you show it to them but make sure it's small enough for them to get into on their own.

I've had cats all my life and have raised several kittens from birth when their mama's died or abandoned them. If you have specific questions, shoot me an e-mail, happy to help. flowerforyou

Also if you have an Spca ,call them and they will send you a certificate for shots and neutering if you are financially challenged.

I read that only females are tricolor, it can't see its genetalia... its too furry

What three colors is it?

its greyish blue, white and beige... too cute for words

You are describinmg a dulite calico & it is most likely female. Call a vet for advice & schedule an appointment, if it can handle the sausages it won't need milk. Get some kitten chow & canned food. Good luck you are on your way to being a cat lady!
