It's how I move up the corporate ladder.

I've had a couple. It wasn't the work thing that screwed 'em up. It was the fact that they were nuts.

I prefer pasteries rather than nuts, but that's just me.

Two nuts were walkin' down the street.
One was a-salted. |

I avoid them, too many complcations working together and being together ALL the time.
Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't. |

Unfortunately bad mojo
Especially when you're stuck working with them after they $%^# you over... |

You can sleep with coworkers, just make sure they work at a different location, or that you just leave the job or they leave. Cause seeing them is usually just to much for people. I dont mingle at work... but I know those who have.

I keep my Blow up doll under my desk, does that count?

I am starting to see it as the friendship that it is. Albeit maybe more than the usual friendships that I have in the past because I was working in mostly male dominated jobs. I am trying to change shifts because of one. It is getting just too complicated because I feel I should stick up for her and she really doesn't need sticking up for. She fights differently than I do I guess. I have this innate ability to know when to back down but she doesn't but then she shouldn't have to. In order to survive or to keep my job I am the one who is getting out of the predicament. My comfort level was bad enough already before being in a mostly female dominated type of work. I am just getting out of the way of their cat fight and just going to let them go at it before I get the hell scratched out of me by both of them.

Relationships at work? Oh - the work relationship. Ugh. I've done that a few times. I have to say, it's tough to tell someone NOT to do it. But let them know what complications could come out of it. I mean, let's be honest here......you are around the people you work with MORE than your family most of the time. You really do get to know some of the people you work with on a really deep personal level. Although my work relationships did NOT work, it doesn't mean they won't. Just know that if you get into one, and it doesn't work out, it could make for some very uncomfortable work days!!!! |
