I open a an email and the page seems locked the scroll bar only allows me to access half the page as if the whole page is showing. I have to open and close the email several times for me to even scroll down to reply. What's going on?

Hi, khalei. Have you deleted your cookies and emptied your cache recently? If not, I would start there...

Sounds good. Have you tried restarting your browser and even your computer? Going on your previous reply, I'm guessing that you have. It's always worth checking, though.
