When I went to give some one a test, it only sadi this person does not haver any yet and can't seem to find what to click to give them one! SO NERVE RACKING!!!

Go to the very bottom of their profile page, and there you will find a thing that says testimonial.

you have to be friends with the person to give a testimonial

You have to be friends with them & they have to have the testimonials settings on.
