just because they were not found does not mean they didn't have them. If you knew how they are stored then you understand why they can't be found. It does not take much to kill thousands, so a small amount can be anywhere. Well, **** Cheney said, "In the final analysis we will find that the Iraqis did have a robust program." So WTF are they? |

I like this one
September 29, 1998 The United States Congress passes the "Iraq Liberation Act", which states that the US wants to remove Saddam Hussein from office and replace the government with a democratic institution. November 13-14, 1998 US President Clinton orders airstrikes on Iraq. Clinton then calls it off at the last minute when Iraq promises once again to unconditionally cooperate with UNSCOM http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iraq_disarmament_crisis_timeline_1997%E2%80%932000 |

Actually, here you go
The December 1998 bombing of Iraq (code-named Operation Desert Fox) was a major four-day bombing campaign on Iraqi targets from December 16-December 19, 1998 by the United States and United Kingdom. These strikes were officially undertaken in response to Iraq's continued failure to comply with United Nations Security Council resolutions as well as their interference with United Nations Special Commission inspectors. 600-2,000 dead http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1998_bombing_of_Iraq |

I know no one wants to hear this but in the dispute between Iraq and Kuwait Iraq was in the right.
Kuwait was drilling in territory that belonged to Iraq. When Iraq told them to knock it off they didn't so they invaded Kuwait. It would be easy to see the world in terms of right and wrong, good guys and bad guys, black and white. The truth is never so simple. The world is full of shades of gray. It doesn't mean we shouldn't act but we damned well better get as many facts as possiable before acting when lives are at stake. |

“If you read the Anchorage Daily News article, towards the bottom, you find that Palin requested the resignations not only of the librarian, but of several other township officials. Why? Because they were political appointees who openly supported her political opponent. Palin requested the resignations a few days BEFORE she assumed office, apparently for political reasons, as would be routine in ALL such situations, including in the very small town of Washington, DC. [Didn’t some no-name politician fire all of the US Attorneys?] Frankly, it’s far more remarkable (and shows a great deal of tolerance) for Palin to have KEPT Emmons in office. And you’d think people would consider the source when Emmons claims Palin wanted to ban books.”

She has stated on many occasions that she is glad that the earth is striking back at civilization and is happy especially when the tsunami hit Indonesia and Thailand.
