Sure they do you can see it in their eyes when they are happy to see you and in their reactions as well.

Its not so straight forward. Do stick insects and goldfish have emotions? Im not sure they do. More intelligent pets like cats and dogs obviously do.

All I can assume is that you never had pets. Anyone that has, would know the answer. Unless they fall into the group of people that mistreat pets. And I won't say what I think about that. Too much violence would be involved.

bugs? well Charlotte did...she expressed them well Sometimes my cat wants to sit on my lap and be petted...and I don't want to for whatever reason...I'll push her off..and she will try over & over to get back on my lap until I yell at her and shove her away......then she will jump on the back of the furniture and lay there glaring at me I know she's p*ssed off at me!
