It just seems that I went shopping for last years Christmas, and now, low and behold...it is coming...and fast. I love the Christmas season, but man thank God for Amazon and Ebay.

Christmas is my favorite time of year! 
Love the smells of the house with all the baking, mmm mmm The friendly people in the stores (yeah right) 
Seeing the faces of loved ones as they open that oh so special gift!

I love Christmas time. The first snow outside when it is dark and everything is silent. The beautiful Christmas lights on the trees in everyones window. The smells of the baking and the smiles on my girls faces when they get to buy gifts for me that they know I will love no matter what. Christmas is the best!

I love Christmas time. The first snow outside when it is dark and everything is silent. The beautiful Christmas lights on the trees in everyones window. The smells of the baking and the smiles on my girls faces when they get to buy gifts for me that they know I will love no matter what. Christmas is the best! I make homemade ornaments every year and I still string popcorn for the trees! I love the old fashioned Christmas, where the day was about spending time with family and friends and not what was bought! |

The nerve of those Whos. Inviting me down there - and on such short notice. Even if I wanted to go my schedule wouldn't allow it. Four o'clock, wallow in self pity; 4:30, stare into the abyss; 5:00, solve world hunger, tell no one. 5:30, jazzercize. 6:30, dinner with me. I can't cancel that again. 7:00, wrestle with my self-loathing; I'm booked. Of course, if I bump the loathing to 9 I could still be done in time to lay in bed, stare at the ceiling and slip slowly into madness. But what would I wear? |

I dont even want to think about Christmas, with my daughter being a senior this year and having a ton of bill Christmas this year is going to be really slim.
