The only thing that makes this topic intersting to me is that her mother is a rabid firm believer in 'abstinance only education" and is in a position to force that apon the rest of the country at the expense of "safe sex education" I think your all letting your emotions control your logic. this is of course the irony of the whole ordeal, almost as ironic as that crazy right wing preacher who urged his flock to pray for rain on Obama and a hurrican hitting the republican convention, personaly I am beggining to doubt my atheist beliefs due to all this, surly it is the work if god and he is sending a clear message, vote democrat if you need me to explain this further let me know You don't have to, But you might want to invest in Spell check, you spelled Hurricane, personally and Beginning wrong. It could also be the Anti-Christ obama sending those hurricanes to shut the Republicans up and God Protecting them. I have never been verry anal when it comes to my spelling and typing, but despite all my limitations I know that if a womans water breaks three months early there is a trouble. Factor in its a dows syndrom child and your 44 years old there is trouble. What type of person puts her child at risk like that? Well I will tell you, one that thinks religion is science and abstinance only is sex education Well that is all nice and dandy, you just go around and preach no Sex and see how long that lasts I was oh so thrilled to see you had no typos or spelling errors but I dont understand what your trying to say at all. It amazes me that how some have nothing better to do then to tear apart a 17 year old for getting pregnant. That is reality it happens all the time. Excuse me but if I recall right back in the early 1900's let's see was they not around 14 or 15 shshshs even think it was around 12 they were having babies. Hummm what does that have to do with the election? About as much as this post on a 17 year old getting pregnant. Not a DARN THING!! But to make the remark that due to that factor it would make a difference how Paline would have a bearing on this country or what her decisions would be. Is so wrong, and the truth is I don't get into Politics but seems that all this is doing is digging at any thread that can be found to discredit someone for something their children did. Its funny we raise our children to the best we can teach them give them the tools but in the end it is up to them to use them. In no way should another be judged upon what there children does or does not do. As they say don't cast the first stone unless your life is perfect. Both of my kids are fine adults yes my son's girlfriend had a child by the time she was 18. Am I to blame for that? I assure you I did everything and said everything possible but it still happen. And I promise you I do not regret having a beautiful grand daughter and neither will Paline when her grand child is born. But............in light that issue has nothing to do with what she would or would not do if in office or in what ever position she held. So if all this post is to do is to put ones moral issues down in the mud all it has done is made me see some will go after anyone for anything they can dig up and not even look at the real issues in hand. Just out to make others look good in the long run it just brings to light how shallow some are!! JMO

JMO We finally agree on something Tex =D I used to like to be called a liberal because it showed i thought independently than conservatives. But with all the mud slinging the libs are doing, i'm half tempted just to switch sides. Going after politions is one thing, but going after their kids and dragging them thru the mud is horrible. I wish people would understand that parents have so much control over their kids. They can't monitor them 24-7, the kids get out and do their thing. Welcome to real life.

SEX IS A NATUAL ACT, There is absoultly nothing wrong with it. The stigma that surrounds it is completly out of insecurity and ignorance, i think. AS long as no crime has been commited, There is ablsolutly nothing wrong!! The Government has no right to even try to fight it, its just natures way!! All it is, the relgious right lacks consistancy!! There against ABORTION but dont want Sex ED taught? The only reason they want live babies is so they can raise them to be DEAD SOLDIERS! There against abortion and against Homosexuals! Who has less abortions than Homosexuals? To the rest of us with common sense, the should be natural allies!! U will never find CONSISTANCY anywhere relgious right lays its ugly head!! That within itself is the Frustrating part!! They need to get off there elitist asses and come back down to planet EARTH and see that we all dont cheat on our wives with a Budweiser and then end up with 7 houses!! I think it's funny that people are snooping for this guy and looking at a myspace profile and making smartassed comments about what he wrote there. So what if he says he's a redneck? and then the comment about saving her daughter from a guy. jeez If you noticed i have used no names in this reply I just think that with all of the other issues we need to worry about the fact that palins daughter is pregnant and the father is a normal 17 year old from the sound of things has no bearing on this election.

Palin is not running for President- the only thing these issues bring to mind is McCain. This is about him and what he stands for and the choices he is making in regards to his running mate. He has now disarmed his whole campaign. If they had one thing they drilled into ever persons head about Obama was his inexperience. His biggest angle on Obama was inexperience. McCain has went on and on about having a running mate that could run the country on day 1, if something happened to him. A Major portion of McCain's fight is no longer accessible. If he chooses to go that route he will look very hypocritical. Cindy's video during the RNC was good. I really liked that. Looks like she has done some amazing things. But after she spoke for about 4-7 mins I felt strangely horrified by her. Her demeanor, the way she tilted her head and that awkward smile to go with it.. it didn't seem geniune.. but more script. Anyone watch the RNC? I am confused and feeling like I just witnessed a weird occurrence- Most everyone was a suit on the floor, and the vibe was strange, and their topics and focus's were so unnerving. I feel like I'm about to hear a knock at my door. Something like this; :: knock at door :: I open the door This gray haired short guy in a suit says, "Ma'am are you with us or against us?" "Ma'am we need to know, we need to know where to put you." I say, "put me?" He says, "yes, you might need to be relocated to the less patriotic side of the U.S., we are segregating anyone that isn't a Republican." shivers Anyone else get that weird vibe?

I got the same vibe from the democratic one too. I guess your either a dem or rep. No such thing as independents anymore =(
