How does one post a testimonial for a friend or mutual match on Mingle2?

How does one post a testimonial for a friend or mutual match on Mingle2? You know, I just realized you can't do that. Another missing thing from JSH

You can still do this, but the Friend has to turn on the Testimonials option (My Account --> Edit Profile --> Other Settings) first.
