Have any of you heard any of the singles from Death Magnetic? Metallica's new cd.. The one they arent releasing the track listing for until the day it comes out? If you have what do ya think? I'm a big metallica fan, but was quite honestly dissapointed in St. Anger.. Hope this one is better

They have played one of the new songs on the local radio station here.
All I can say is this...i hope its not what the rest of the album is like. It seemed like to me they were holding back. Ive disliked everything after the black album, so i'm not getting my hopes up to much. They need to grow there hair back and start dinking again..lol. |

I am a big metallica fan, but I stick to certain albums. Kill them all, Ride the lightning, Justice for all, Master of Puppets, Black Album. Thats really it.

if he'd just admit it it wouldn't piss me off so much. just have the balls to say "we're main stream now", but he really thinks they havn't lost there edge... pu-leez. journey had heavier songs than some of the sh1t they're puttin out now.

They def started going down hill after Cliff died. it wouldn't have been so bad if they would have let jason do more of the writing and have some influence on the direction they took. he is an awsome bassest in his own right and one hellofa song writer as well. he wrote all the songs, music and lyrics on flotsam and jetsams firs album and over half on the second. then he gets in metallica and.... nothing |
