I think parents should learn to discipline their own kids and quite relying on the teachers to do it for them.

Teachers now a days can barely be trusted not to molest the kids in their class. I'm not going to trust them with a weapon also.

Sure why not they can carry pens, which can be used to stab, they carry pencils, which can be used as a weapon

Give them all ridlyn. That's been the answer in most schools. Drug any kid that doesn't pay attention or is unruly.

Federal Law prohibits anyone from bringing firearms and/or weapons on school property.
A student that does is not only expelled for the remainder of the school year but is also arrested for carrying concealed weapons. So if Teachers were allowed to carry guns, wouldn't this be teaching our children that the rules only apply to certain groups of people instead of apply the rules and laws equally. JMO |

Hey there......I was born and raised in a big city....and went to one of those big city schools...... I went there when the coach would take you in the locker room and paddle your ass off for cussing on the football field though.... Get rid of all these so called "child-protection" weenies and you might not have to worry about the kids all being in the pen by the time they are 25...... Excuse me........soap box.....

I am surprised that people think this question is Crazy. If you Keep up with the News around the Country you would know States like Texas are thinking about letting their Teachers carry Guns in School. I know some of you are tucked away in your so called safe Neighbor Hoods, so it would never cross your mind. Until the Kid thats being Bullied tries to Shoot as many people At School as he can, or Drugs Start to take over Sweet little Jody, or Joeys mind. Well anyway, its just a question

When I was in school, teachers could whip our ass or crack our knuckles, but I don't think guns are the answer. And what kind of a question is that anyway, kids are hellions, yes, but don  't discipline them with guns.
