Approach someone at work? Now she doesn't work with me, she is a customer that comes in often and has shown interest in hanging out with...even offered to give me her address (a hell of a lot of good it would do as I'm lost in this town most of the time). So how do I go about asking her? Too me this is an awkward situation, that normally I would think most people would shy away from...perhaps I just overthink the situation. I just personally can't imagine someone getting all uppity over being asked out at a 7-11.

Stock her dude......you have her address hang out side her windows at night and park across the street and take pictures of her house and then when she comes in to you business show them to her........That will get her attention.....

Too funny!
She did not accidentally forget her phone number, or accidentally say that she's not interested in dating in public with you. She deliberately made a big red "X Marks the Spot" on her address, gave it to you. I understand that this is the reverse of the way things are done, but I like her style!

That is my predicament, it is an odd style of going about things. I really just don't know how to respond to the situation, the question itself would be a 'yes' but in the given situation it puts me in a bit of a pickle. |

You could send a note, via florist delivery, to that address, with a card addressed to her.
"Thank you, for wanting to get acqauinted. I look forward to seeing you. Does (date/time) fits with your schedule?" See what her response is. |
