Okay, this is rediculous....I thought I'd be tired and wore out. I went to the Mayhem festival last night, which was bad ass I might add, and I was completely wore out today!!! I fell asleep on the ride home twice!! Took to 2 hour naps when I got home and I was still tired. I was about to take another nap when I realized I need to stay awake or I won't be able to sleep tonihgt but, it is now a little past 1am and.....I'M NOT SLEEPING YET!!!
 Anyone else having sleeping troubles lately????

i have those promblems too. nothing helps excecp if i take 2 sleeping pills you can get at walmart but i dont like to take any kind of pills, so, i dont know dude. wait till you pass out thats how i am :/ like now i cant sleep there is no way id be able to if i tried even though i feel like i could pass out

For the last 7 years bad bad insomnia...it sucks...Use to take Ambien for it, have tried other things..Now meditating and some chamomille tea sometimes help..otherwise grab the remote and start flippin thru channels

I learned a pretty good trick that only requires a bit of imagination ( and no, it isn't sexual ) that usually helps a lot. |

Man, I feel bad for y'all!! I never had this problem before.... Don't know what's going on either. My doctor gave me some to try, 2 types actually, and they STILL didn't work!! And they were the highest millogram!!!! Kind of worried actually. Maybe I should ask one of you ladies to come over and sing me a lulaby.....that might work....
