I do see on the forums that a lot of people are experiencing difficulties in the dating game because of distance!!
Why????? I would give anything to relocate and start a new life somewhere!! |

If I found the right person, I'd definitely consider relocating.

Some situations don't allow relocation for eith person so yes in some cases it can be difficult

I would just give myself..

I can't move right now. I have ties here that bound me for a long life in this freaking town.

I personally am very happy where I am. I do not WANT someone else to uproot their lives for me, as I refuse to do for someone else. There are many people who think about it like me, if I can't find someone within a reasonable radius then I just don't really care. I refuse to spend 6 months on the phone and online with a person until they can come to me. I'm not well off enough to pay their way, and if they were any kind of man they would not want me to anyway. If they are not willing to make Jonesboro their home...lol, they're sh!t out of luck.

If one person can relocate then it can work. But, even the time it takes until they can relocate can be taxing on a relationship.
LDR's are only for the most brave and strong and trusting and adaptable! |

I am fortunate, I have the means to move and be with my baby. If I didn't, I would have never started this! I am from the east coast anyhow!

some people are pretty set where they are atari. I got a few rentals here, 1 business, and another one i am looking start. I would never ask someone to relocate because of me unless their life was pretty flexible.

A lot of people will not relocate due to jobs and family...I can get that...I would not want to leave my kids and grandbabies...just me. But there is a lot of people on the site who has no kids but allow jobs to stand in their way. If there was a chance of real happiness why let a job get in the way of it!! JMO |
