not being able to smoke in your own home is pathetic, where the **** can you smoke. why dont they just selling ciggys, because it appears you cant smoke anywhere anymore they won't ban cigs all together cause it would put millions of people out of work . plus the gov. would lose billions of dollars .. i know, but if you cant smoke in your own home, even if your in a totally different room to a child, where the hell can you smoke??? its just the people in office is getting bored an have to come up with new laws to keep their job

I smoke, but I have to say it's about damn time they passed those laws. If you smoke it's one thing, but subjecting kids to it is downright wrong!! i never smoke in front of my neice, i go outside or in a different room. they dont need to ban in it, if you dont smoke around the child. They had to pass laws because people are too stupid to use common sense and courtesy i agree there, i hate to see people smoking around a child, i normally go outside and my neice is inside, or i go upstairs and have a ciggy in my bedroom by a open window, and my neice stays downstairs. we have a downstairs toilet, so my neice never needs to come upstairs if im having a ciggy. if people were sensible it would be fine, but some arnt.

If you smoke it's one thing, but subjecting kids to it is downright wrong!! i never smoke in front of my neice, i go outside or in a different room. they dont need to ban in it, if you dont smoke around the child. some people do though... thus the laws. i am all about govt out of our lives but in this case i have to agree with them. i understand, im just stating if people were sensible these laws wouldnt be necessary and when i see people smoking around babies, that gets me mad

we have shelters a certain distance from the hospital for staff and visitors and patients can smoke, i think its silly they let you smoke on hospital grounds to be honest.

when i was in hospital once i was in the gynae unit, and maternity unit, and you should have saw all the pregnant moms smoking, thats bad

And just how are they gonna enforce the law of no smoking in your house?Start calling door to door? "Excuse me sir,have you been smoking today?" Geez,people starving and living on streets all over the world,and they have nothin better to do than say whether someone can smoke in their own houses.Time the governments got their priorities in order. I'm so p.o'd now i need a ciggy
