Topic: Smoking Laws

are getting worse here in california .. As of two months ago you can no longer smoke in your car if you have a minor in your car with you .Their working to pass two new laws soon #1. you can't smoke in your own home if you have a minor in your house , #2. you can't smoke within 100 feet of a restaurant or a park ....

I can't smoke within 75feet of the building I work in. I have to take a jog for a smoke.

I smoke, but I have to say it's about damn time they passed those laws. If you smoke it's one thing, but subjecting kids to it is downright wrong!!

I smoke, but I have to say it's about damn time they passed those laws. If you smoke it's one thing, but subjecting kids to it is downright wrong!! thank you.

hmm. in case you missed it it is a health hazard.... So is eating half the food we eat, breathing all the toxins in from the air we breathe, driving a car, flying, walking across the street, drinking, having sex and the list goes on....

not being able to smoke in your own home is pathetic, where the **** can you smoke. why dont they just selling ciggys, because it appears you cant smoke anywhere anymore

some dont get even if they are standing out side say at a concert we're still getting their smoke and us that dont like smoke being blown in our face or have kids with athsma love these laws you cant smoke in your car in jersey either

not being able to smoke in your own home is pathetic, where the **** can you smoke. why dont they just selling ciggys, because it appears you cant smoke anywhere anymore they won't ban cigs all together cause it would put millions of people out of work . plus the gov. would lose billions of dollars ..

They had to pass laws because people are too stupid to use common sense and courtesy

I collect radioactive minerals. should i be able to store them in my kids bedroom? So its OK TO SUBJECT A KID TO your stinky poison without them having a choice?
