I started weight watchers about 11 months ago and I have lost almost 80
pounds but I am always in need of new cooking ideas, anyone want to exchange their ideas? I only eat chicken, fish and veggies more or less now. I do eat other things but not as much. |

eat healthy?..um..yeah if a strict diet of chocolate ice cream and choc
chip cookies are healthy I sure do..lol..Ok sorry I shouldnt have wrote this but I'm goofy. |

M, we all have bad days and even some bad weeks, One thing I have
learned through all of this is that it is a life style change not a diet, And with any change we have fall backs, we just have to get back up on our feet, not beat ourselves up and do it all over again. You look great! S |

I could get you a great eggplant parmasiana recipe from work.
I think you may like it and it has a low poing count. I myself, gave up on WW. I just eat a lot of veggies and bake, broil or grill everything else. Have lost 50 lbs since Sept,23,06. Now,I work out 3 times a week and have a goal to loose 15 more by June. Good luck to yall Gaye Lynn(Blakjaq) |

Mozzarella and 5-6 small carrots the moment I get home after work keep
me from splurging. I eat about 1.5 hour later - pasta with veggies or a salad with some protein (sorry to say, chicken or tuna LOL). And congrats on your weight loss! Keep on the good work and don't get discouraged if you fail once in a while. It's not a one-time splurge that will have you gain all your weight back. |

I eat healthy 95% of the time. I eat every 2 and a half hours and
because of that my stomach size naturally shrank. Smaller portions completely fill me up. I hate to cook so I can't share many recipe ideas but I have tons of working out ideas for those that need them. Cardio, weights and nutrition are key to being healthy, but more importantly people need to make the word consistent their middle name. Staying consistent will bring HUGE results..... |

well i go to curves and i try to eat healthy but my bigest thing i cant
get a way from is my soda. i have tryed every thing but i an adicted lol |

Omg pop is my biggest demon i need to fight lol. But what i do with my
veggies is i take any veggies i want cut them up put them in a cake pan i put minced garlic and what ever other seasoning. And insted of putting butter on top I use LIGHT Italin salad dressing. it is damn good lol. i do the same with chicken |

Try cutting down how many you drink a day....even eliminating one will
help. You will be surprised if you can get to the point where you only have one like one a week.... |
