literly kick his ass out of my house... i never actually caught my ex hubby, but i knew, and besides that he tried to get my best friend in bed while i was pg with our son, and she told me the next day and he just laughed about it, i knew he was lying and she wasent, i belive her over him i did kick him in his jewels before we got married for he diserved it.. he cheated before during and after and i put up with it. and finally i had enough, he waent going to change

What would you do if you came home and found your partner in bed with someone else? Who owns the house? What would you do in either situation? My house, ask him start packing. 24 hours to get all his stuff out, sherriffs assistance if nessasry. His house, leave & never look back.

I'd likely unleash my two German Shepherds on the unwelcome guest thinking, of course, him to be an "intruder". After the Sheps have their way with him, I'd toss him, her and all of her belongings out!
