ok this is not a food but some people do eat placenta just reading that seriously almost made me gag Back in the days of yor, and some cultures still do it, the placenta was saved and made into tea and given to the mother as it's FULL of nutrients and helpes her to recover after childbirth... Do I sound like Cliff Claven from Cheers???
