Topic: rent 1 bedroom in your city

I rent 2 different bedrooms in my house, provide cable TV, wireless internet, washer/dryer & kitchen shared; full access to the lake $600.00 per month; 30 day lease Referances a must & I screen all that apply. The problem I have found with "References" is people give you friends, family and/or their current landlord (who if they want to get rid of them is going to give them a Great reference). I have done Property Management for quite a few years----it happens.

you all are going to hate me... i pay $320 a month,and that covers utilities, too..but, i live where the corn grows.

God Bless South! I can pay 450 for bedroom 500 complete, wash machine, dish washer, everything with 2 is 800, or 1000, townhome? 1200! Hell Yeah! God Bless South! Always cheap, Always the best for you and for us!

4-500$ here for about an hour from Columbus Ohio. Of course my town has a hitching post at the grocery and the laundry.....haha. (no joke) Your better off to buy around here. Properties for sale in abundance in nice clean communities.

Buffalo N.Y. I'm near the ghetto and I pay $410 for a very small 3 bedroom ,includes appliances & electricity. A one bedroom around here would probally be 300 or up.
