I pay $365/month for a 1 bedroom pretty nice apt. It's got central air, dishwasher, brand new carpet, newly painted, new fridge, new stove, new doors..... I got a HELL of a deal and VERY lucky!!!!!!

how much is an average one bedroom apt for where you live? or what is an approximate amount. just curious. thanks. here in toronto, canada, it starts just above $850 to 1400 average 1 bedroom. why you wanta move to the States?

i live in a 2 bedroom and im paying $450 you can find 1bedroom for about $375 and up and it depends on the location

I pay 650 for a 3bedroom house on about 3acres...........right in town depending on the location a 1-2 can run you anywhere from 450-900 Rapid City, SD

One Bedroom in Sherburne, NY is between $375-500; depending on what is included. Of course, most want a security deposit also (which is equivalent to one months rent).

I rent 2 different bedrooms in my house, provide cable TV, wireless internet, washer/dryer & kitchen shared; full access to the lake $600.00 per month; 30 day lease Referances a must & I screen all that apply.
