generally the same people who wear their pants around the BOTTOM of their butt! HUGE peeve. Yesterday I saw, boxers, basketball shorts and jeans...somewhere between his knees and butt...I dont get it.

Errrr I have been known to wear my sunglasses at night... And I am not on drugs, and I wear my pants on my waist where they belong!
