I told my daughter I wanted to stop by a kid store.........her reply "Really....Do you think they will play with me??.....are they nice??"

Awwww too sweet here in the malls they have a huge play area for the kids that my granddaughter loves to go play in she could care less about the shopping just take her to the mall to play

My daughter used to say all kinds of stuff that would make me crack up. Usually when her mother was trying to deal with her.

Of course...what I always got from her mother was " You are NOT helping "....lol

Ahhh....but see...as long as you explain it to her ( even in the midst of chuckling at what she said ) then you are not laughing AT her.

She will notice that some things she says make you laugh. I would be willing to bet that she actually likes hearing you laugh, and will not be hurt if you do so. She will probably also try to say things to make you laugh.

I know Danielle was always trying to get me to laugh. She would come up with odd questions ( and not the " Why is the sky blue " stuff ) just to see my reaction.

I think the strangest question I ever had to answer from her is " Why do cats have fur? "
