In the city in which I work, it is illegal to wear patent leather shoes with a skirt. I've not yet been arrested. They are reflective.... never quite thought of it like that - going to search my closet for my boots... |

it sux that these days family values have been lost just thrown out the window love to go back to those days You think that is what you want but remember family values also kept women in the home and they didnt have the same rights as men or equal pay..............you ready for the days where you are just the breadwinner and your wife stays home and watches kids and soaps...........i dont want to go back to those days...........i want my daughters to see there is more to women than having babies and being a maid to their husband unless that is what you want to be but it should be a choice........... |

Adultery ought to be understood simply as a very serious breach of contract. Adulterers cause real harm to their spouses, and just as the law makes those who breach their commercial contracts pay damages for the harm they cause, there seems nothing wrong with "fault" divorces that impose greater financial obligations on adulterers than on other ex-spouses.
Actually Adultery is not considered as a Crime per-say except within the marriage its self. In the past it was used for grounds for a Divorce. Now days they use the No-Fault since now all one has to say is they can not get along in order to get a Divorce. Adultery is very seldom used as grounds for a Divorce anymore but in some cases it is still brought up when it comes to the woman asking for Alimony. If she is the one that committed Adultery the man can use those grounds in order for her not to receive Alimony. Due to the marriage was dissolved due to her actions and therefore the courts at times see she is not fit to receive those benifits. |
