Topic: Can anyone riddle me this..... | |
---|---|
How the hell do I get my symbol of currency up on screen.
If you look at your keypad at the number 4. The $ symbol is above it. My euro symbol is to the bottom right of the number 4. How do I get to select the symbol? This has been driving me nuts for ages.I have grey hair sprouting from my arms over this issue!! Thanks to all who reply. Ps I am serious. I am genuine on this concern. |

Do you have a character map under your list of programs? Might be under accessories.

I'm assuming the character is blue in color, you should have a blue (fn) or function key, just press it once, or hold it down(depending on the keyboard) and press the number 4 see if that works.

Do you have a character map under your list of programs? Might be under accessories. It probably has to be swapped for the $ symbol but to ask me to do that is like asking a hobo for a million $$. |

Step4 Click on the details button under "text services and input languages". Step5 Click the add button and make sure English is the first input language. Step6 Click the drop down menu for keyboard layout and select the language you wish to use then click "ok". A Keyboard layout will come on screen for you. |
